01
Getting ready
The strongest buyers know two things before they start: what they can comfortably spend, and what they actually want. Both take a little work up front and save a great deal later.
What Ali does
- Explains the process end to end and answers every question
- Introduces lenders, if you would like introductions
- Turns your wishes into a clear, searchable brief
What you do
- Get pre-approved and settle on a comfortable budget
- Decide your must-haves and your nice-to-haves
- Tell Ali about your timing and anything that would change it

02
The search
Finding the home is a conversation that gets more precise with every house you see. The goal is not to see the most homes; it is to see the right ones early.
What Ali does
- Sets up alerts and brings you homes that match, early
- Arranges and attends showings
- Points out condition, value and the things that do not show in the photographs
What you do
- React honestly to each home, so the brief improves
- Keep your financing current while you look
- Say when something feels right, and when it does not

03
The offer
An offer is a complete proposal: price, the deposit, how you are paying, the conditions you need, and the dates. Each part can make it stronger or weaker in the seller’s eyes.
What Ali does
- Builds the case for the price with real sales
- Drafts the offer and explains every term before you sign
- Presents it to the seller’s side and negotiates on your behalf
What you decide
- The price, the deposit and the terms you are comfortable with
- Which protections you want to keep
- Your limit, before the negotiation begins
The right home, seen early.

04
Escrow
Once the seller accepts, escrow opens: a neutral company holds your deposit and the documents, and a known sequence of steps begins. This is where you learn everything about the home.
What Ali does
- Schedules the inspections and attends them
- Reviews the disclosures and reports with you
- Negotiates any repairs or credits and tracks every deadline
What you do
- Wire your deposit to escrow when it opens
- Give your lender what they ask for, promptly
- Decide on each contingency with Ali’s advice

05
Closing
The final stretch is a short list done in order: a last look, your signature, the funds, and the recording of the deed that makes the home yours.
What Ali does
- Arranges the final walk-through and resolves anything it turns up
- Coordinates the signing with escrow and your lender
- Confirms recording and delivers the keys
What you do
- Arrange homeowner’s insurance before closing
- Sign the documents and send your closing funds
- Set up utilities to start on your closing date

06
After you move in
The relationship does not end at the door. The first weeks in a home raise practical questions, and the years after it raise bigger ones.
What Ali does
- Stays available for questions and recommendations
- Keeps you informed about your home’s market when you want to be
- Is ready when your plans change
What you do
- File your closing documents somewhere safe
- Settle in
- Keep Ali’s number
